Ingredients :
1 cup basin
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 cup water
1 cup oil
1/2 tsp cumin powder
oil for fry sev
Salt to taste
Recipe :
1) Mix oil, cumin powder, water, salt to taste, turmeric powder in Besan
2) Do not let the mixture become too thick or too thin, so that the basin will fall easily
through the mold
3) Put a thin sev plate in the mold and apply oil on the inside.
4) Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Heat the mixture in the mold in a hot pan, add
around sev to the outside and fry till golden color on medium heat.
5) Remove the fried sev on paper and crush this sev by hand (small, big) in whatever
shape you want. Your crispy sev is ready.
