Ingredients :
1 kg thick Poha
1/2 cup chana pulse
1 cup peanuts
10-12 cashew nuts cut in half
1 cup dry coconut
12-15 green chillies
12-15 curry leaves
50 grams Suhana Chivada Masala
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Recipe:
1) In a pan roast poha with add
some oil on medium flame
2) Take oil in a pan, add green
chili, peanuts, coconut, curry leaves, turmeric, chili powder and fry them
separate in a deep frying pan and mix well.
3) In this mixture, slowly add
the Suhana Masala from the top and mix well. Your Tasty chivda is ready.
4) Garnish with sliced cashew

Note:
1) All ingredients should be
fried in different
2) All ingredients should be
fried and roasted on medium flame, otherwise, some poha can stay raw and
ingredients can over fry.
3) Green Chilli You can take
chili to your taste We have used a lot of chili to make the chivda tasty.
4) If you have fried the pooha it
will taste even more, but if you are frying it too much in Diwali, it will be
better if the pooha is roasted with less oil. This will not make much
difference to the taste.
