1) Six cups of flour

2) 1, 1/4 cup milk

3) 1 cup ghee

4) One and a half cups of sugar



Recipe :

1) Combine milk and sugar and heat on gas till sugar melts and bring to a boil.

2) Heat ghee and add it to maida. Add warm milk and mix well. The soaked flour should not be too tight or too loose. Stir moderately. Cover the dough with flour for 25 minutes.

3) After 25 minutes, knead the dough again. Gather 1 inch and add some flour. Spinning will cut off its cones. And in a pan or pan, fry the oil over medium heat.



Note :

1) Boil the milk first, then add sugar and melt it, because when mixed together, it is feared to break the milk.

2) Heat ghee separately and do not mix in milk and sugar.

3) Although using water instead of milk may work, but if Shankarapal wants it Crispy, it is necessary to use milk in it.
